422 Deputy James Bannon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath will receive his or her single farm payment and disadvantage payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32194/11]

An application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 16 May 2011. While the person named replied to a query in relation to an over-claim, which had been identified following processing of the application, the resolution of this error has resulted in a further over-claim being identified. The person named has been written to in this regard and, immediately on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the application will be further processed, with a view to payment issuing shortly thereafter.
