520 Deputy James Bannon asked the Minister for Health the reason an urgent heart operation has been cancelled at Crumlin Hospital, Dublin, for the third time in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Longford despite a promise it would not happen again after the second cancellation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
