211 Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will provide a list of the private rental properties leased by her; the location of each property; the annual value of each lease; if each lease is subject to an upward only rent clause and the name of the landlord in tabular form. My Department does not directly lease any property. The details of the leasing arrangements for my Department's office location at Mespil Road, Dublin 4, are dealt with directly by the Office of Public Works.
