View answerI am advised that the case referred to by the Deputy concerns a complaint to the Employment Appeals Tribunal under the Unfair Dismissals Acts against an organisation which was allocated funding by the East Coast Regional Drugs Task Force to deliver addiction services in Wicklow until the end of December 2010. The implementation of the findings of the Tribunal are a matter for the organisation concerned which is an independent company limited by guarantee and not an agency of my Department.
