364 Deputy Andrew Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his plans to amend the Planning and Development Act to address the concerns outlined by a group (details supplied) regarding the difficulties persons encounter when submitting planning applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
