View answerPayment of jobseeker's benefit to the person concerned has been suspended as she is currently attending a full-time course of study. She applied for a back to education allowance but her application was refused as the college she attends is not a FETAC-approved college for the purpose of the back to education scheme.
The person concerned has requested a review of the decision and she will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
