The legal existence of a company is not governed or affected by the redundancy of its employees. Current information in relation to the status of companies is publicly available on the companies register at www.cro.ie.

I have no function in relation to the pension arrangements of the company concerned. The legislation in relation to the regulation of pension schemes is a matter for my colleague the Minister of Social Protection.
