171 Deputy Alan Farrell asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the cost or estimate of the cost of incremental payments to local authority personnel; the number of increments due for 2010, 2011 and 2012 in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information requested is not available in my Department as day to day operational matters, including the calculation of the appropriate pay rates payable to individual local authority staff members, across the 34 local authorities, are a matter for each individual local authority.
