View answerBy way of general information, the lawful interception of telecommunications and postal packets is governed by the Interception of Postal Packets and Telecommunications Messages (Regulation) Act, 1993.
It is not the practice and would be contrary to the effectiveness of lawful interception to comment on matters pertaining to the operation of this legislation.
