425 Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will explore the possibility of An Post expanding the services it offers to include a payment facility for the household charge, motor tax, and so on; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Matters relating to the post office network, including the development of commercial strategies, are an operational matter for the management and Board of An Post and one in which I have no statutory function.
