View answerI am informed by the Garda authorities that there were a total of 33,123 fixed charge penalty notices issued by An Garda Síochána in 2011 for the offence of driving while using a mobile phone. The following table sets out the number of fixed charge penalty notices issued for this offence broken down by Garda Division.
