192 Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Education and Skills when the review of teaching and teaching support services for DEIS schools will be finalised; when such schools will be notified of their allocations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6901/12]
View answerMy Department is currently finalising the report which I requested, on the impact of the withdrawal of posts under these older schemes on DEIS Band 1 and Band 2 primary schools only. I will then make a decision on the final outcome for the individual schools involved and the staffing schedules for 2012/2013 will then be finalised and published in the coming weeks.
