408 Deputy Patrick Nulty asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government when the commitment contained in the programme for Government to reduce eligibility for the rental accommodation scheme from 18 to six months will be implemented; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
