439 Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will amend the Foreshore Act 1933 in relation to the awarding of foreshore leases and licences in order that all applicants for a foreshore licence or lease must provide site notices and provide copies of the application to the appropriate local authority for public viewing; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
