303 Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason that bikes are not allowed on commuter or DART trains before 10 a.m. and between 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; the reason commuters have to pay an additional €6 single or €12 return to bring their bikes on the intercity service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
