394 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Social Protection the total number of applications to the social welfare appeals office for the years 2010 and 2011 that were initially refused based on failure to satisfy the habitual residence condition; and if she will provide a breakdown of the number of decisions overturned and upheld.
