573 Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will release funding from the dairy equipment fund at the earliest possible date in order that farmers can continue to improve their products, and invest in and upgrade their dairy facilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An allocation of €8.8 million has been provided in this year's Estimates for the Dairy Equipment Scheme. I have no plans to alter the level of funding which has been made available for the Scheme this year.
