681 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health further to previous Parliamentary Questions regarding an application for a medical card in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, if he will instruct the Health Service Executive to respond to the PQ immediately as they have not replied to the PQs to date and have not issued a response; and if the medical card will be issued as the applicant is terminally ill and urgently requires the card.
