View answerMy Department's involvement with the Rural Renewal Scheme is primarily concerned with the technical inspection of properties and the issuing of Certificates of Compliance and Certificates of Reasonable Cost as required under the terms of the scheme. The determination of an applicant's eligibility for tax relief under the scheme is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners.
