View answerThe Health Service Executive has informed me that the deficit in DML Midlands Community Services for the year ended December 2011 was €5.040m. This deficit was primarily driven by expenditure on Childcare Special Placements of €5.950m with small offsetting efficiencies in other areas resulted in the deficit being reported at €5.040m.
