506 Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will provide the list of bodies and individuals who have made submissions to his Department; and if he will make the contents of these submissions available. [15593/12]
View answerAs the Deputy will no doubt appreciate, my Department receives a substantial number of submissions from bodies and members of the public on a daily basis. Given the sheer volume of these submissions, the collation of this information would represent a disproportionate and inordinate amount of staff time and effort which cannot be justified where there are other significant demands on resources both in my Department and the organisations concerned.
