I understand that this case relates to a claim under the Health (Repayment Scheme) Act 2006, which was the subject of an appeal in respect of the recoverable health charge due to the claimant as determined by the Scheme Administrator. I understand that, on 8 October 2010, the Health Repayment Scheme Appeals Officer wrote to the claimant to convey his decision on the appeal, which was to confirm the determined amount, and to provide the reasons for the decision. further understand that the amount offered was subsequently accepted by the claimant and that the payment cheque was encashed on 11 January 2011. Accordingly, this claim is concluded in relation to the repayment of any recoverable charges under the Health Repayment Scheme.
