675 Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the progress that was made with regard to implementing the primary care strategy from 2001 to 2011; the actions that were taken; the consultation that took place with the medical professionals and unions involved; the capital investment that took place; the public private partnerships if any involved; the number of teams in place within one stop shops and outside them; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
