707 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Health the reasons for the delay in developing new heart failure units in the Health Service Executive South (details supplied) which form part of the HSE clinical care programme and were intended to be operational by the end of 2011; when two new units in two Cork City hospitals will be operational; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
