Questions (126, 127)

Aengus Ó Snodaigh

Question:

133 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Social Protection if her Department will take steps to ensure names are attached to all British old age pension transfers to individuals in order to avoid confusion in circumstances where more than one member of a credit union is in receipt of such transfers, in view of the fact that it is her Department through which recipients apply for the pension in the first instance and the Department may have contacts with its British equivalent.
