690 Deputy Regina Doherty asked the Minister for Health the reason a patient (details supplied) in County Meath who presented with facial injuries at James Connolly Memorial Hospital accident and emergency department, where there was no plastic surgeon in attendance, was refused a transfer to be treated for a plastic surgery consultation at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
