132 Deputy Kevin Humphreys asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will be providing the money to cover the shortfall of €3 million debt that is owed to Dublin City Council by the Dublin Docklands Development Authority for the Samuel Beckett Bridge; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Dublin Docklands Development Authority is independent in the performance of its statutory functions. In this regard, transfers of monies between public bodies in respect of development projects are in the first instance a matter for the public bodies concerned.
