View answerMy Department has a very extensive legislative programme under way at present. A significant amendment of the Dentists Act 1985 is to be undertaken as part of this programme and a preliminary examination of the issues involved has commenced. In amending this Act, the issues relating to auxiliary dental professions, including dental hygienists, will also be considered.
