View answerSubject to compliance with the Housing (Incremental Purchase) Regulations 2010, which set out the general terms and conditions of the Incremental Purchase Scheme, the operation of the scheme is a matter for individual housing authorities. Households wishing to apply should do so to the relevant housing authority, which will supply full details of the scheme and the application process.
