View answerFinal advice from the Chief State Solicitor's Office on the challenge to the State's ownership of the foreshore concerned is still awaited. However, without prejudice to the final outcome on the ownership issue, my Department has invited Rosscarbery Rowing Club to commence the public consultation phase of the application. I understand the public notice is to appear in the local press this week.
