180 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Health his views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding the ambulance service; the action that will be taken regarding same; the position of equipment testing on such vehicles; when the equipment was last tested; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of this issue, and it has been raised separately with my Department. However, as this is a service matter, it has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply.
