737 Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his policy regarding the acquisition of prescriptive rights of turbary on land vested in his Department; if his Department in general, dispute or acquiesce to such claims; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
