234 Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding tax relief for donations to certain sporting bodies in respect of an organisation (details supplied) in County Laois; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28020/12]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that no contact has been made with the local Revenue District by the named organisation with regard to tax relief for donations to certain sporting bodies. If the organisation wishes to make a claim for this relief they should contact the Kilkenny Revenue District.
