Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will reopen, review or refer for appeal and-or oral hearing the decision that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 no longer has a housing need following a legal separation; if such decision is in accord with equality legislation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
