603 Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the total spend on overtime in the Health Service Executive and the National Treatment Purchase Fund in each of the years 2008 to 2011 broken down by staffing categories; the total spend so far in 2012 broken down by staffing categories; the projected spend in 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The National Treatment Purchase Fund did not have any overtime expenditure from 2008 to date. In relation to the HSE, this aspect of the question has been referred to the Executive for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
