160 Deputy John Halligan asked the Minister for Health the reason it can take up to 413 days for a person to be admitted to the National Rehabilitation Hospital’s brain injury inpatient programme; the reason the numbers of patients unable to be discharged home from this programme is sharply rising from 3% in 2010 to 17% in 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
