View answerThe person named joined REPS 4 in April 2009 and has received payment for the first two years of his REPS contract. Officials in my Department recently became aware that the person named also joined the NPWS Farm Plan Scheme in July 2007. It is not permissible to be in both schemes at the same time and so the matter is currently under investigation. My Department will be in contact with the person named regarding the matter.
