139 Deputy Maureen O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of prosecutions taken by the National Parks and Wildlife Services over the past ten years; the nature of these prosecutions and the number that have been successful; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
