543 Deputy Noel Coonan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he is satisfied that all relevant officials in his Department have co-operated fully and legitimately to ensure that all facts emerge accurately in relation to Kilderry commonage investigation (details supplied); the position regarding progress made on the investigation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that the investigation is ongoing and that my Department is currently engaged in determining the sequence of events with regard to the inspection of the Keelderry commonage. As such, I am not in a position to make a statement on the matter until the investigation is fully completed.
