874 Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Minister for Health the reason a three year old child (details supplied) who requires a below the knee prosthesis with regular changes and adaptions due to their age does not qualify for a medical card; if he will reconsider the decision in view of the exceptional health grounds; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
