1438. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture; Food and the Marine if he will provide a list of the payments made by the State to private landowners in 2010 and 2011 to acquire land for use in the public capital programme. [40004/12]

There was no land acquisitions in 2010 or 2011 associated with my Department’s capital expenditure programme.
