Question:

1495. Deputy Luke 'Ming' Flanagan asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) who suffered a very bad fracture and will have permanent nerve damage was refused a motorised transport grant even though they fulfil all the criteria needed for this grant, including living in a remote area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
