1942. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Transport; Tourism and Sport the number of State bodies that have been set up since 9 March 2011; the rationale behind these decisions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40003/12]

Since my appointment as Minister for Transport , Tourism and Sport on 9th March 2011, no new State Bodies have been established under the aegis of my Department.
