277. Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare is due a rebate on taxes paid and universal health charge; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38385/12]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that refunds of all income tax and income levy deducted were made to the person in question in February 2011. In addition, I should point out that the Department of Social Protection is responsible for refunding any health contributions deducted that may be due back.
