426. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Education and Skills if a student (details supplied) in County Laois will be approved for school transport on a bus; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [38363/12]

Bus Éireann which operates the School Transport Scheme, on behalf of my Department, has advised that a ticket for school transport services issued to the pupil in question in August.
