The person concerned attended this office on 02/09/12 and was given an appointment to make an application for Jobseeker’s Allowance on 06/09/12. At the interview additional information was requested; a completed Habitual Residence Condition questionnaire, a letter from their former employer confirming that their employment had ceased, and evidence that alternative employment had since been sought. As none of these were submitted the person’s claim was closed on the basis that the documentation required was not provided.
