Deputy Paudie Coffey asked the Minister for Education and Skills if he will approve an application by a school (details supplied) in County Waterford for additional accommodation to replace the dilapidated, sub-standard and outdated prefabricated classrooms that currently exist; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The application for funding to replace existing temporary accommodation at the school referred to by the Deputy has recently been received by my Department. My Department has been in contact with the school seeking the submission of further information. Once this information is received, my Department will revert to the school with regard to its application.
