View answerA claim under the insolvency payments scheme in respect of arrears of wages, holiday pay and minimum notice was submitted manually on 5 December 2011 in respect of the person referred to. The Department is currently processing manually submitted claims received in September 2011 so unfortunately it will be some weeks yet before this claim is processed. A claim for a redundancy payment was paid to the person concerned on 17 February 2012.
