View answerThe revised TAMS Sow Housing Welfare Scheme which was introduced by my Department in July 2012 closes for valid applications on 31 October 2012. Under the terms of the Scheme, a valid application must be accompanied by all the specified documentation, including full planning permission where this is required. Applications which do not include full planning permission by the closing date will therefore be ineligible for grant-aid.
