196. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Health his views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding cuts in the disability sector [43875/12]

Minister of State at the Department of Health

The matters raised in the Deputy's question are not for the Department of Health. The incapacitated child credit is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners which comes under the remit of the Department of Finance. Responsibility for matters relating to SNA's is a matter for the Department of Education and Skills.
